Dengan perkhabaran meluas tentang kebaikan senaman yoga, ianya semakin mendapat tempat dan diminati ramai. Ini tidak terkecuali di negara kita sendiri. Banyak firma-firma tempatan yang menjadikan senaman yoga sebagai daya tarikan dengan menyediakan kelas-kelas yoga mengikut peringkatan keupayaan pelanggan. Mereka juga turut menyediakan khidmat nasihat bagi pelanggan yang baru saja hendak berjinak-jinak dengan senaman ini. Senaman yoga berbeza dari senaman-senaman yang lain kerana yoga mengandungi elemen meditasi yang dikatakan mampu memberi ketenang kepada si pengamal secara zahir dan batin.

TAPI, tahukah anda bahawa amalan yoga telah diharamkan di Singapura dan juga Mesir. Terbaru, menurut berita yang disiarkan hari ini, Malaysia juga telah mengharamkan amalan yoga yang dipercayai sebagai amalan ritual yang berasal dari agama Hindu.

Senaman yoga yang sering dipraktikkan adalah pada dasarnya memang khusus untuk tujuan kesihatan semata-mata.
Namun menurut sejarah, yoga merupakan amalan ritual agama hindu yang pada asalnya disertai dengan jampi serapah. Tambahan lagi, penganut agama ini percaya bahawa amalan ritual ini adalah sebagai proses penyatuan diri dengan para dewa.

Sememangnya ramai yang akan mempersoalkan tujuan pengharaman ini. Walaupun secara lahiriahnya, senaman yoga tidak menampakkan unsur-unsur penyesatan akidah, namun ia adalah bertujuan untuk mengelak daripada berlakunya perkara yang tidak diingini berlaku.-end-

Just nice...

salam guys
last week had been a great week for me

Last wednesday, i went to photoplus for a photo session with my cousin... which also happen to be the date for collection of the group photos of me, hani, hakeem, ping, santy, fish, bilah and tuty. My first impression was... omg~ "lawa!!! haha" When i was about to pay, the photographer asked me whether i could lend them the negatives so that they can print it out big and make it as one of their display photo. "yea!!! sure~ sure~ hahahaha" I was pretty sure the rest would be more than happy. oh yea... i scanned one of the photos and pasted it on top of this blog.

As i finished my tuition class that night, i kidnapped hani from his house and we went to jerudong to send fish her photos. We then had dinner at Khaz corner... "nyum~" oh.. this was the best part too... I had a chance to spend time with hani and catch up stories.. updating each other (since both of us have been busy with works).. as well as tightening up all the lose ends "chewah hahaha" nice~ nice~


The next day... thursday... "apa ada ah? hehe" oh i had lunch with tuty, bilah and hani at ideals. too bad hakeem and ping couldn't make it. Then, hani had to go back to work by 2pm, tuty and bilah went shopping and i went to the workshop to bring my baby for a treatment (car servicing) "hahaha" funny things happened at the workshop. I purposely make myself look stupid.. i told this guy that i was in a hurry and he convinced me that he could finish it in 15 minutes if he blow all the oil out of the tank. then.. my first silly question pops out...

"yang mana lagi bisai... beblow or tunggu saja keluar sendiri?"
*LOL*
its the same thing! "hahaha" he really had a hard time making me understand.

While he was working on the car engine,
and when i was starting to get bored..
i said...
"bah ajar aku macam mana kan cek kereta"
*toink*
but he did! "haha"

and as he finished servicing my car, i asked another bonus question...
"kalau kreta ku mati tengah jalan.. apa ku buat?"
*hahaha.. ia ani melayan jua*

I had fun tho! "hahahaha" rather than sitting there doing nothing but waiting.

From the workshop i went to the mall to meet bilah and tuty. Wahhh!!! we spent more than an hour at the arcade singing, dancing and enjoying the games. NICE!!!

the next day... i spent most of the time forcing myself to revise for the interview but i ended up sleeping "hahahaha"


Here comes the BIG day.. Saturday.. i had an interview + a written test with the MOE. Anyway.. lets not talk about that *skip..skip..skip..hahaha" Right after the interview, went to the mall for lunch with hamidon and dominic.. next~ "hehe" we went form gadong to yayasan to kiulap to gadong properties to delima and back to gadong... spending most of our precious time searching for clothes for the Gala night but we couldn't find any *sigh* Very..very tiring hantap "hahaha"

However, while we were at the shop, i received calls and messages form my students. Whoooaa~ PSR results was out bebeh! "hahaha" and the good news is.. i got 7 or 8 students out of 13 who got 'A' for their maths. Yeayyyy!!!! *menari* "hahahaha"

Then i had to rush back home and get ready for the night...
Its the GaLa NiGhT!!!! it was so much fun! seriously!!!

SICK of being SICK

Hi... the only reason why some people favour to be sick is that they could have a day off from work. I'm not working... yet... so i really don't need it!!!! "hahaha siapa mau?" being sick.. so not cool! "haha" My students couldn't catch what i was saying. As if my voice is coming out from my nose. My head was so heavy... feel so weak and pain all over.. =( The other thing i dislike about being sick is the medication. I'm not a big fan of "UBAT" ;p

Last few days... i saw a big bottle of 7up in my ice box. hmmmm ;p "nasib baik iman kuat sikit" so i said... "nanti saja lah minum" Coz i need to take medicine that night. the next night... i saw it again! it was half full.... hmmm "hahaha iman tak kuat beb" so i grabbed it to the living room and enjoy the extraordinary taste of it "OVER" until the last drop~ "habis!!! opsss.." Today, i did it again... "haha tak pandai insaf" but this time i couldn't stand the sexy-ness of the DURIAN on the dining table *LOL* "macam memanggil manggil hahaha" so i ate a lot!!!


Oh my god~ alhamdulillah "hahahaha"
so guys... please tell me when can i be fully recovered from this illness?

Yeay!!! after 4 long years... I'm officially a degree holder now! "hahaha" Going through all the ups and downs in uni life was never been easy. With all the never ending drama.. *phew* thank god i survive "hahahaha" *OVER* Oh well, where ever we are.. we couldnt avoid bumping into problems. However, its not How big the prolems are, but how well do we handle them (",) and fortunately i am blessed with friends who would never stop supporting me no matter what situation i was in. Thanks guys..

Before the actual graduation.. we all had to come for a three days rehearsal and seriously... it was very exhausting!!! Anyway... in these 3 days i realised something i consider 'very precious'. I knew all these people for the whole four years but honestly only during the rehearsal i noticed that these people were being extremely nice to me. It really makes me thinking and realised that i was being surrounded by a lot of wonderful people all along. Maybe i took things for granted before... and i failed to treat them as they were suppose to be.

I faced few minor problems during the rehearsal.. but thats not the point. Its the 'thing' i received upon the problems that touches me. My coursemate, friends i knew for just a semester, friends that i treated poorly, *opsss* and the rest... Everyone was so eager to help... even for a tiny ones!
