Salam, hi everyone. Life's been good so far... "alhamdulillah" and hopefully things will not just be good but better... woke up this morning with a sore throat and instantly i knew i'm gonna get "it"... at work, my body started to ache. Perhaps, i'm just to tired and my body didn't get enough time to charge up as i've been staying up very late for few nights.

Stress at work? i might say so... i haven't been doing things right lately and work were all over due.. hmmm~ what has got into me. Being pushed around with all different sorts of work.. pressured with all the due dates... i think i've lost focus. I hate the fact that my Teaching is no longer the top priority now. Tomorrow will be the first event of our school annual sport and there are 3more tiring days to go. Meeting with the Forestry will have to be squeezed into my schedule on Saturday afternoon. *sigh* which mean i have to "not attend" the VIP day at my school.

What i need? seriously... i need time for myself.. Desperately need some inspirations. Hmmm~ i do need all the support that i could get from others but if i get none, sometimes i just have to be strong enough to set my two feet on the ground and stand tall... regardless what people might say. *sheeesh* hate that feeling.

Brain Damaging Habits

1. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.

2 . Overeating=2 0

It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.


3. Smoking

It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.


4. High Sugar consumption

Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.


5. Air Pollution

The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our 20 body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.


6 . Sleep Deprivation

Sleep allows our brain to rest.. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells..


7. Head covered while sleeping

Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.


8. Working your brain during illness

Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.


9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts

Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.


10. Talking Rarely

Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain

Takraw



In time of heavy work loads, i managed to spare another one afternoon and watched an inter-school Takraw competition. Alhamdulillah i had the chance to show them my support not only in academics but also in their personal interest, in things the love to do. Besides, i also watched the inter-school football competition last month or few months ago and soon is the inter-school badminton competition which will be held in Maktab Duli. Anyway, today is the inter-school netball competition but sadly i just knew it this late afternoon. Hopefully our team did well.

So guys~ It does not harm spending few hours watching these games... It could take you away form your work routine and bring out the inner fun & joyful side of you which has long been hidden. Just take the time to enjoy. The kids would really appreciate it & that's the best part after all.. Never stop enjoying life as there are more out there to be explore~ grrrrr! hahaha *out*
