Salam...

Guys... i think i have a problem. Lately, i always have to force myself to eat. I don't know why but i just don't feel like eating eventhough i was extremely hungry and feeling so weak. But don't worry, i always make sure i eat something. This has been going on for few weeks. At first, i thought it was not a big deal until a friend of mine met me and he said "KURUS jua kau!!!" Then i said to myself it must be because he haven't saw me for quite a while. When i met my another friend on another day, the first thing he said was "Makin kurus jua kau!!!!" Hmmm... then i started thinking maybe i really have lost some weight. "Nada papa tu" thats what i always say to myself supaya nyaman kan hati. Then lastnight... another friend stared at me and asked... "what happen to you... you look pale and kurus". OMG!!!! Whats wrong with me??? "hahaha" yea i'm freaking out here! After reading this article, maybe i'm stressed out... kan.. kan.. kan...


Satu kajian yang dijalankan selama 7 tahun, terhadap para pesakit yang menjalani rawatan di Pusat Rawatan Pakar Darul Hidayah Sdn. Bhd., mendapati bahawa punca penyakit adalah:

Punca utama penyakit ialah stress atau tekanan perasaan. Berikut adalah contoh bagaimana stress boleh mempengaruhi kesihatan seseorang:

Ahmad mempunyai masalah di tempat kerja. Apabila pulang ke rumah, dia mendapati isterinya juga mendatangkan masalah kepadanya. Ahmad tidak dapat merehatkan tubuh yang letih dan otaknya yang penat dengan tekanan melampau. Setelah perkara ini berlarutan selama 6 bulan, Ahmad mulai mengalami masalah sukar tidur, sakit dada, sukar buang air besar dan hilang selera makan.Akhirnya dia jatuh sakit dan mendapat rawatan di hospital...
